Do I need good credit?

Most programs look for 660+ FICO, but private money is asset-first. Strong liquidity and a deal that pencils can outweigh a thin credit file.

Do I need to be employed?

No. Private money is asset-based. Self-employed, 1099, or income that doesn't pencil on a W-2 is exactly who we serve.

How fast can we close?

Bridge loans typically close in 1 to 3 weeks. DSCR rentals run about three weeks. We tell you up front which lane you're in.

What does it cost me?

No upfront fees. We're paid a brokerage fee at closing, typically built into the loan. Full fee transparency before you commit.
